The 77th Republic Day of India was celebrated in a grand and patriotic manner at our institution.

The celebrations began in the morning with the hoisting of the National Flag by the class topper of MBBS, Ms Shahana Hakeem H, BSc nursing topper, Ms Shinas TP followed by an inspiring address by the Principal, Dr.Prathap Somanath.
The Vice Principal Dr.Tharakeswari, Principal of the Nursing College Dr.Shaul Hamed, General Manager Mr.Rahim and the two students delivered brief and meaningful speeches highlighting the significance of the day. Sweets were distributed to all after the flag hoisting ceremony.

The main celebrations commenced at 9.30 a.m. in the college auditorium. A variety of competitions such as Quiz, Just a Minute, Dumb Charades, and a Rustic Indian Fashion Show were conducted.
Patriotic songs performed by the students evoked a strong sense of national pride among the audience.
To add to the spirit of joy and inclusiveness, fun activities such as Chinese Whisper Action Game and Passing the Parcel were organized for the faculty and non-teaching staff.
Prizes were distributed to the winners of all competitions.
The programme concluded at 2.00 p.m. with the singing of the National Anthem.
All those present dispersed with a sense of pride, joy, and patriotic fervor.
